Black Balsam Booch

This is probably the best kombucha I have ever made. A nice, celebratory harvest on this big, juicy full moon. I’m hoping to be able to share the scoby and also the 106 yr old sourdough starter with yall, to have all of us connected in interesting, fashions such as with our plant allies and fermentation buddies. A beautiful cultivation of connection, nourishment and human/non human sangha 🕯️⚡️
