Nicole Taylor


Nicole Taylor is the author of A Joyful Pause: 52 Ways to Love Life and the host of A Joyful Pause Podcast. Using a blend of meditation, yoga, mind/body awareness, and Ayurvedic principles, Nicole facilitates transformative offerings on self-care.

Nicole is a 500-hour certified yoga teacher, a Big Leap Coach, and an Ayurvedic Health Counselor. She has facilitated wellness instruction for organizations such as the Foundation for Conscious Living, Fairmount Park Conservancy, and the Billions Institute.

Ramesh Tarun - Anatomy & Physiology

A 3000 hour trained massage therapist, Ramesh has been instructing yoga since 2004. Empowering people towards wholeness through education, his intention is to help clients feel more at home in their body. 
Currently a second year student at the Canadian College of Osteopathy in Vancouver, Ramesh facilitates lessons and trainings internationally.

Denise A Alston, Ph.D. RYT-500

Denise began her dedicated yoga practice in 1999, completing her 200-hour Kripalu training in 2003 and earning a 500-hour certification in the Tantra-based Himalayan tradition in 2015. She holds an Ayurveda Yoga Specialist certificate from the Himalayan Institute and has deepened her studies in meditation with Craig Hamilton. Her training in Yoga for Functional Aging has enhanced her understanding of anatomy, physiology, and the aging process.

Denise has taught in studios, online, and in hybrid teacher trainings. She recently recorded mindfulness sessions for the Sickle Cell Disease Association of America and co-leads From Individual Radiance to Collective Glow, a program supporting yoga trainees in their Karma Yoga projects.

Jillian Glikbarg


Jillian has been teaching yoga, tantra, meditation and yoga nidra in the San Francisco Bay Area & beyond for well over a decade. She is an E-RYT 500 certified yoga teacher and director of the Bindu Yoga Teacher Training School. She is the co-founder of Her Festival, a bi-annual gathering for womyn of all ages and backgrounds to share in the feminine side of collection, collaboration, and celebration.

Jillian brings truth and humor to her blogs and writings. She was featured on Recovering Yogi, has led global meditations through OMNES, and has written for (several other publications). She is an initiate in the Sri Vidya lineage of the Himalayan Sages.

Suzanne Martin

Suzanne is a lifelong seeker, artist, and dedicated practitioner of Yoga and Ayurveda. Her spiritual journey has taken her from temples in Korea and Japan to ashrams and yoga centers across the U.S., earning certifications and initiations in Christianity, Shambhala Buddhism, Tantra, and more.

Through these teachings, Suzanne has healed from chronic pain, autoimmune conditions, and PTSD. Now, she shares her knowledge to help others reduce inflammation, strengthen their immune systems, and find peace of mind.

She has studied with renowned teachers, including Pandit Rajmani Tigunait, Shiva Rudra Balayogi, Dr. Vasant Lad, and her spiritual mentors, Ram Lev and Jenness Perlmutter of the American Meditation Institute, where she serves as faculty and board member.

Suzanne co-authored The Perfect Chaturanga, a global resource for yoga teacher trainings, and founded The Holistic Youth Project, bringing yoga to teens in urban schools. She is grateful for the wisdom she has received and looks forward to sharing it with the Wild Temple community.
