COMMUNITY "Dharma" PROJECT

During this 300hr program, students will be required to fulfill a community centered project (Dharma Project). This will comprise 40-50 hours and utilizes the apprentice's unique skills to serve their larger community. The projects aim to benefit marginalized people or part's of the population in which the student has a unique interest. These projects serve as launchpads to bring skills into action. They will include discussion, reflection and mentorship support. A rough outline of topics covered is below:

Dharma in Action

Tantra Yoga is ancient yet highly appropriate for our current times. It helps us build new foundations of strength, clarity, love and freedom. Through deep connection to Nature and the Mind, it guides us into knowing Who we are, what our purpose is and how to have better relations with All Beings - including Mother Earth.

As we study and grow in this intimate group setting, we weave the loving guidance of the Sages with modern yogic science to embrace the appropriate tools for helping us weave the world anew.

This is a unique training, in that it allows students from all over the world to come together in community to learn timeless, ancient wisdom from the comfort and ease of their own homes. Although first and foremost the apprenticeship aims to heal and transform each participant, the eventual goal is to equip each person in being able to bring more empowerment and healing into our world. Tantra is the quintessence of power, the practice unleashing deep wisdom and potential. Our "dharma projects" are signature assignments of this, where each person's unique skill, talent and interest is woven with Tantra to better our world. Additional workshops and in person retreats will be available in the future, for those who have completed the apprenticeship. This will ensure opportunity for more advanced studies while deepening our connection as a community.

Our Sage Apprenticeship offers personal and group guidance that supports each individual in their understanding, practice and application of authentic Tantra Yoga. The time we spend together goes well beyond just intellectual knowledge. It offers deep embodiment, personal inquiry and support as each person transforms into a better version of themselves.

APPRENTICESHIP

The Sage Apprenticeship path is a journey of practice carried from the heart and hands of thousands of years of master teachers of the Sri Vidya Tantra Himalayan Tradition. This path of the "baby Sage" is to learn the methodologies that carry this empowering wisdom into the hands and hearts of future generations.

CERTIFICATION

Sage Wisdom is a certified program which upon completion one can apply to become a Registered Yoga Teacher at the 500hr. level with Yoga Alliance. Certification with YA is not a requirement to join this apprenticeship. Detailed breakdown of certification requirements are listed HERE.
