Many who practice yoga do not realize that aligning with your body's needs, personal lifestyle and the rhythms of nature are actually key elements in yoga being a backbone of sustainability through all of life's juxtapositions.

In the Blueprint of Tantra Yoga, I outline the basic fundamental categories of asana of which to begin to embody and fully understand the basic groundwork on which the whole of Sri Vidya Tantra blossoms.
It is in my experience that no matter how much we meditate, dedicate ourselves to our spiritual path and persevere in showing up for our practice, if we don't understand the bones: the earth-solid-structure of what it is we are doing and our body's connection to these structural and energetic principles, the true flow of divine cosmic pulsation either will not come or will take ages to feel.

In this course, you will recieve an overview of the foundational techniques of Tantra Yoga (particular asana to affect specific organs and organ systems, risk factors, counter postures, therapeutic benefits and a bit of energetic flow within that particular body form) as well as 7 practices (with asana, pranayama, and meditation) to embody the teachings.
