This winter course is only open January-February, closing March 1 and includes a a Live (online/in person) Gathering for the New Moon in Magha Amavasya. The course is self paced and takes about 1 week.

What Bone Deep Is

Bone Deep is a ritual immersion with both practical and mystical approaches to support ancestral healing and land connection. The work unfolds through bite sized practices and lectures that include: breath, mantra, seasonal ceremony, and guided reflection, all held within a carefully tended community container.

We offer this course two times per year, with layered material that preps the practitioner to beginni ancestral studies and then to move more deeply and in a slightly varied directions for holistic understanding.

The goal is ritual safety and begins with foundational practices and study.

WHY LAND + LINEAGE HEALING MATTERS

When ancestral grief, inherited patterns, and unspoken histories remain untended, they often show up as disconnection, chronic tension, emotional fatigue, or a quiet sense of rootlessness. Bone Deep creates conditions where these layers can be met with care, patience, and respect.

What You Will Experience

Seasonal Ritual & Ceremony

Bone Deep is aligned with key ancestral and lunar thresholds, offering ritual spaces for remembrance, offering, and renewal. These rituals support psychological health, emotional integration, and a deepening relationship to land, lineage, and the rhythms of nature.

Mantra & Sound Practice

You will work with mantra as a living thread woven throughout the course. These practices support clarity, release, and continuity, helping anchor the teachings somatically and energetically across the ritual arc of the immersion.

Ancestral Reflection & Tending

Guided practices support connection with ancestors—known and unknown—through remembrance, journaling, simple offerings, and contemplative listening. This work encourages respectful relationship with lineage as a source of insight, nourishment, and belonging.

Ancestral devotional studies and the cycles of time

Bone Deep opens twice each year, with each cycle aligned to a distinct ancestral and seasonal window. While the core intention remains consistent, each offering carries its own practices, ceremonial focus, and ritual texture.

Winter / Early Spring — Maghā Season (January–February)

This cycle aligns with the Vedic time of Maghā and Maghā Amāvasyā, a period traditionally associated with ancestral remembrance, silence, purification, and deep listening. Practices during this season emphasize nervous system settling, simplicity, ritual containment, and tending the roots of lineage and land.

Fall — Pitṛ Pakṣa Season (September–October)

The autumn cycle follows Pitṛ Pakṣa, a traditional period devoted to honoring the ancestors and remembering the dead. During this season, Bone Deep expands to include practices that invite reconnection with your own inherited cultural and spiritual wisdom traditions, alongside tantric ritual frameworks. This offering supports remembrance across lineages, lands, and histories, encouraging participants to listen for the teachings carried within their own ancestry.

Each seasonal immersion is complete in itself. You may join one cycle or return across seasons, allowing the work to deepen through the rhythms of the year.
