Steady + Energized with So Hum. A Tantra Yoga Practice
Get your props and join me for a 1.15min class that is gentle and yet invigorating. Some yoga experience is preferred, as we go into building inhalations. In order to effectively build prana in the body while stabilizing the mind, certain factors have to take place. Brooke gives a light overview of this during the practice, and more education on this will be found in future videos. Props include 2 blocks, a bolster and strap.
